Hulk Offsets is committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. Hulk Offsets proudly offers shipping services. We are doing everything possible to get your order to you immediately. Please consider any holidays that impact delivery times. 

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

• With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)
• Free Shipping is available to the U.S. Addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Where We Ship

• Hulk Offsets is pleased to provide domestic Shipping.
• Hulk Offsets offers Shipping to all USA states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
•  All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. We do not support Shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing

We process orders during our regular business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 11 AM CST are usually shipped on the same day. We try to fulfil orders quickly, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

The customer's responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to provide a correct shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders 

Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Lost/ Stolen Packages 

Hulk Offsets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities. 

Return Request Days 

Hulk Offsets allows you to return its item (s) within 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. 

Out-of-stock Item Process 

Hulk Offsets has the following options if items are out of stock. Hulk Offsets waits for all items to be in stock before dispatching. 

Import Duty And Taxes 

When dealing with Hulk Offsets, you have the following options regarding taxes and import duties: You must settle the requisite fees when the items arrive in the destination country.

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX, and Canpar Ground Service for shipments within the 48 contiguous states & Canada

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
